 Digital Products
|
Unless otherwise noted, all digital products, once downloaded, are non refundable due to their nature as being unreturnable. This includes eBooks, digital scrapbook kits, and Printable cards. |
CD Service
|
Unless otherwise noted, our CD service is refundable as long as CD has not yet been created and shipped. If CD has been created but not shipped, refund will be allowed less a $2.00 materials fee.

Custom Scrapbooking
|
Custom scrapbooking service is refundable prior to completion of project. Changes will be allowed by customer twice during the process of completing the book/page. Once book/page is completed and accepted by customer, and not yet shipped, refund will be allowed less a 25% time and materials fee. Proofs will be sent to customer via email prior to final acceptance of project. Once project is accepted by customer and shipped, refunds will not be allowed, sale will be final. | |
